RULES OF PLAY FOR THE
"QUARTER MILLION CASH LOTTO"
1. All tickets sold will be eligible to win every prize.
2. Draws will be held on:
• Early Bird Prize — March 15, 2012
• Grand Prize — April 18, 2012
3. Deadlines to purchase tickets are:
• Early Bird Prize — March 12, 2012 (midnight)
• Grand Prize — April 15, 2012 (midnight)
4. Cash may not be substituted for prizes unless otherwise stated. No exchanges, refunds or returns.
5. Winners will be notified by either telephone or letter. A list of winners will be printed in the Saskatoon Star Phoenix after the Grand Prize Draw and on the web.
6. All official tickets will be issued on receipt of an entry form and payment.
7. All purchasers must be at least 18 years of age.
8. All prizes will be awarded in the name(s) on the ticket application.
9. All tickets purchased in a multi-pack, must contain the same name(s) and addresses. 50/50 Bonus Pack(s) purchased must contain the same information as the Quarter Million Cash Lotto ticket.
10. Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of final draw.
11. Only 10,000 tickets will be sold. KOC Quarter Million Cash Lotto tickets and 50/50 Bonus purchases are not tax deductible and are intended for Saskatchewan residents.
RULES OF PLAY FOR THE
"50/50 TICKETS"
1, Each K of C Quarter Million Cash Lotto Ticket purchased for a 1, 3 or 5 pack and each 50/50 bonus of 1,5 or 15 pack must contain the same purchaser’s information.
2. 50.50 bonus tickets must be ordered in conjunction with a K of C Lottery ticket or 3 pack. No limit on 50.50’s with your lottery ticket purchase.
3. 50/50 bonus orders will not be accepted after your original K of C Lottery ticket order date.
4. Only 300,000 50/50 tickets will be issued.
